Who was that rude guy looking after stevie?

Was stevie pregnant later on in the movie?

That whole set up was a little strange, I think that was the worst scene of the movie when she showed up there and that God awful music was playing.

Yeah, why did they make us listen to that terrible music, at such a high volume, and for such a long time. Just an awful move.

He was rude but clearly he needed to be. The way Annie wouldn't let up meanwhile Stevie is practically having a seizure.

I don't know for sure, of course, but I figured he was maybe her brother or something like that, as he was trying to watch out for her & protect her from people who might harm her.
