The Ghost...

*SPOILERS*

One thing that has really been bothering me since seeing the movie last night. We see the ghost (presumably the ghost of Glick) throw Caity around the house like a ragdoll. So why would the ghost not just kill Judas when it clearly has the physical power to do so? The spirit could also have easily prevented Judas from killing Caity's sister and the others.

Personally, I find this to be a fundamental flaw in the story. It doesn't make sense.

The ghost Jennifer could only interact with Annie, not with anyone else. This is because
A) Annie is wearing the cross (Jennifer's cross)
and/or
B) Annie is Jennifer's daughter.

In fact, when the final scene takes place, I don't think Annie is wearing the cross anymore, as it was used in the ouija. That is to me a further indication that yes, Jennifer was in fact Annie's mother, so even though Annie was no longer wearing the cross, Jennifer could still physically interact with her.

Big flaw in this movie. Rarely do we see a movie where a paranormal entity is trying to help someone, yet at first, as you pointed out, Glick's spirit threw Annie around like a ragdoll. Sometimes, friends don't act like friends.
