I love how they aren't even giving this a chance. I saw an ad for this on Instagram, and what's the first comment I see? "Oh, so Matt Damon is playing a Chinese man??" These idiots aren't even waiting to see the movie, they just assume the movie about monsters needs star 100% Asians because it takes place in China. So much for all races living together in harmony, no, we need to stay among our own people according to these sjw asshats.

No people are sick and tired of white people overshadowing their history and culture on big screen as if they havent already done enough damage over the history in real life.

For me though its not even frustrating or makes me angry. I find it amusing because it shows the arrogance of white people and how they think the entire world revolves around their very existence.

It is a fantasy movie with a Chinese director. If the film was about real history I could see the complaints, but that is not what it is.

Get prepared for movies like this because we are going to see many more. China has become a huge box office target, and many movies are made for both American and Chinese audiences in mind.

We may see American made movies that are aimed almost solely at the Chinese audience. If Warcraft gets a sequel that will be the case. It was a complete failure in America, but one of the most successful movies in Chinese Box office history.

um youre not so bright either mate. if the producers wanted to appeal to the chinese audience, it wouldnt have been in english, which it is. the producers wanted international appeal, which they clearly thought could not achieve with a chinese protagonist, hence matt damon. the chinese people who are involved in this movie, they probably are not racist agaisnt themselves, just dont give a *beep* boy it's almost as if execs everywhere are greedy asssholes.
