What a pile of *****

Without Matt Damon as a star attraction this would bomb! A CGI fantasy and nothing to do with the history of The Great Wall. Junk!

Well, you do know what a fantasy movie is? A movie that has nothing to do with history, that`s why it`s called fantasy.

Everyone complaint about the characterisation in Rogue One, but oh my gosh, these characters are on the paper thin level of the Farce Awakens....

This is actually less than Michael Bay's movies LOL

No, it is called a fantasy because it has fantasy elements. You can have fantasy elements that are set in an historic setting that is otherwise entirely factual. You can even have fantasy that seeks to explain documented history.

Try again.

It's fantastic (that means really good) you have discovered (that means found out about) dictionaries, and what they can be used for.

You can have a film that is set in an ENTIRELY FACTUAL setting, that contains FANTASY ELEMENTS.

This doesnot make the elements that are factual 'fantasy', it might not even make the film fit the genre (that's like a kind of book or film) of 'fantasy'. I suspect you don't actually understand there is a difference between the genre 'fantasy', and the definition (what a word means) you provided for the word 'fantasy'. No surprises there.

A fictional story can be set in a real world time or place. I could write about a time that you were insightful (that means to use what you already know), and understood things easily... no wait, that would be wholly fantasy, because the truth of you would be so far from the character of the story.

Let's say I wrote about a man living in ancient (means old) China. If it wasn't based on an actual person, but just an understanding of what ancient China looked like, then it would be fictional, but not fantasy. If he were an actual historical figure and I gave him magical powers then it might be called a fantasy, but he is still an historical figure. there can be elements of history, fiction, and fantasy in the same story.

Historical, fictional, fantasy new exciting words for you - keep using the dictionary!

PSSSSST - You still have no idea how much this movie has to sells to break even.
PSSSSST - You still don't comprehend (that means understand) that people other than the movie studio get a share of the tickets sold
PSSSSST - Why are you still trying to prove something here?
PSSSSST - Disregard (that means pretend it wasn't asked) the last question. I don't care.

I don't think you should speak for anyone with a greater than primary school education.

And yes, unlike yourself, I actually did a 100 level history paper. Makes me just about a goddamn wizard by comparison.

The irony is "fallacy logic" is nonsense. You've clearly read a few posts from people that string more than two words together, and seen them saying things like "logical fallacy". But you have to understand basic #$%$ before you can use the big kids werds.

There is no logical fallacy, you're just a puddin'.

Actually, as I said, I did a 100 level paper. A thesis is something you produce as part of a postgraduate degree.

Were I to have produced a thesis then yes, I would perhaps be able to claim some expertise, the sort of expertise you were using rhetorically to convince me of the strength of your argument when you brought the opinions of historians into this. Because, dun-dun-dun, I would be a bona fide historian.

I was merely highlighting how silly it is for someone like you (who doesn't know an essay from a thesis), to pretend to know wtf a degree educated historian might have to say about anything.

I don't see how my self-deprecating comment, clearly identifying my lack of expertise, translates to making you some authority of anything. You claim I have shown poor reasoning... please explain your reasoning (if there is any) to say that. Because there doesn't appear to be any.

Since I asked you previously to never send me personal messages, and you have persisted you have been ignored. The effect of which is I also can't see your stupidity in these forums.
