My thoughts...

This is one of those films that revolve around a very controversial and touchy subject...mass murderers. But I must say, this film was really well directed and had solid acting performances, despite the dark subject matter. But it seems like a missed opportunity. The true horror of events that took place is never shown. Even though watching something like that may be difficult for some people to stomach, it's still necessary for the completion of the story. It would be like making a film about Columbine, but not showing the actual event that took place. Excluding those details makes the story rather pointless. Everything about this film was spot on and perfect...and yet, it felt totally incomplete and rushed.
