Dark Meat Only
I work for an international company, and we are set to have a Thanksgiving Lunch later today. However there have been complaints or concerns regrading the white turkey meat. Some have vetoed against it, siting that its “bad taste” Claiming that the employees don’t want white meat. White meat is disgusting and “dry” like a cracker. Others find white meat offensive.
This have resulted in the caterers will only serve dark meat. The argument is that its healthier and have more flavor. The management now urge everyone to eat more dark meat
I wonder why my black colleagues bother with this disruptive trend.
