its not people aren't comfortable with there assigned Gender at Birth that should be celebrate not revieled besides they are welcome to have a seat at the table as should everyone!

Male and female.. That's it!! And yes, having a sex change is a form of mental illness as seen with Gen Z now going to great lengths to mutilate themselves and regret it later..

Not a mental illness, but it does making life really fucking confusing. Everyone needs to stay what they are at birth
