What was Chris' plan?

The opening credits and his comment "Journey's End...!" imply that the whole trip was always set to end at the bridge, and presumably suicide? Also when he reveals that he has been made redundant and the fact that the trip is seemingly ticking off all the places he has wanted to visit it kind of seems like he sets off with the plan to die. But were the killings 'planned' too?

I'd lean towards no, but given that he knew he was going to die the inhibition against killing those that annoyed him was gone. The first one was ambiguous, the second - once he had committed to the idea that he could do it as he was going to die anyway at the end - obviously less so.

The comment that "I've killed more people in the last few days than I have since I got made redundant" suggests though that he already was a killer.

The irony of it all is that after meeting Martin (?) and discussing a business plan for the Carapod it seems he had the chance to turn things around and maybe get his life back on track - if Martin had not of died would he still have gone up on the bridge to jump?

Noticed how he took Tina to the place he went with his "ex" and she comments its just a ditch. Now im guessing he killed his "ex" at that place.

I noticed that and thought the same as you.

Interesting post OP.

I don't think he would. He was looking to dump Tina at that point. In fact when she attacked him in the caravan and then they ended up wrestling on the floor, increasingly playful, before the next shot which showed Chris setting the caravan alight, I thought he had killed Tina.
