Fiber evidence?
Back before DNA, the FBI used matching fiber evidence to get convictions. I remember that was the evidence that was used to convict Wayne Williams for the murder of two men during the Atlanta child murders.
There was Hanson's house, his car, his plane. I would think that with all those victims there would be a fiber somewhere that would match fibers from a body they recovered.
It seemed to me like an oversight on their part since they were desperate and looking for any shred of evidence they could.
Internet courage is such a yawn.
