Cathy's apples

I am on season 3 why is Cathy dancer on this show. If it most for Abby's team. Am I the only won that HATES Cathy and her crabapples.

That's what you're supposed to do; hate the CA's! They're the villains in the piece! It's said to be an act and that Abby and Cathy are good friends! I like to believe the role they're playing so we hate them!   

No way I LOVE Cathy!! I think them being enemies in the show is fantastic whether or not they are true friends off screen doesn't matter because it brings more than just the mummy drama to the screen and it's obvious by the producers bringing her back that others love her as well because they were losing ratings (though she wasn't the only reason)

I don't really care for the dancers so much but the drama is fun lol. I love Cathy's little insults, too bad Christi isn't there to give it back to her which were always my favourites :)

I love Cathy too. I think she goes too far sometimes but for the most part she's hilarious. You can also tell Cathy genuinely cares about all her dancers (even the ones that aren't really hers) and when she's fighting it's to defend them and their mothers.

Really? I don't see any of that. She seems EXTREMELY emotionless and uncaring. Even toward her own daughter. Almost emotionless to the point where I wonder if she has a diagnosis. She doesn't seem to legitimately care for anyone on the show.

I think with her daughter, she's a typical stage mom. Except ViVi doesn't want to dance so it makes it kind of awkward. I don't think she's cold to her at all. I think she just wants her daughter to love the same things she loves.

Yes, we're meant to hate them, but for the show having a "rival" team was a necessity since it's not as fun watching the girls beat nameless/faceless dancers week after week.

But I wish they would've gone about it differently. For one, not have so many changes to the makeup of the team. Two, give them at least a little bit of character development (the only one we really kind of know is Jeannette's daughter Ava). Three, cast girls who appeared more equal in age and size to the ALDC (the current Apples look a division older than ALDC, only Makenzie Morales from awhile ago looked like a true rival). Four, no boys.

I think Cathy is amazing, I even told her on twitter. She's amazing, I LOVE Cathy she's everything Abby isn't. She has class.
