I would LOVE a show about the Candy Apples. Cathy is so great, and she has what Abby lacks, CLASS.
I adore Cathy, I think she's amazing, wonderful and she's NICE to the kids and moms. Its clear to see why everyone loves her so much.
And Cathy doesn't need to hire greasy gigolo's, she's married. And Cathy never committed 20 counts of fraud!
Maybe if they're actual Candy Apples students (like back in S1) instead of an ever changing revolving door of kids who were on Abby's other dance show, Dance Moms Miami, or the Jeannette/Ava alliance.

However, Abby also ran out a lot of kids, and also put in lots and lots of new ones.
Back in Pittsburgh Abby had a successful competition team that consisted of Brooke Kosinski, Sarah Hunt, Selah Curran, Kylie Edwards, and sometimes Kenzie (when she was off filming). Out of all of them only Sarah made it on the show.
A part of me thought those girls would make perfect fill ins as the older elite girls got older but the other part thinks it's great parenting that their moms wanted nothing to do with the show.
I think Abby shoulda replaced her entire junior elite team with the mini's a long time ago.
look at how the mini's did, they are actually BETTER than her old team. her old team would lose a lot at the beginning of dance moms, the minis came in winning and they keep on winning. every mini that gets a solo whammo wins right on the spot.
abby should get rid of the grannies already. seriously.

shareProsecutors are working very hard to ask the judge to give her at least 2.5 years. But I have a feeling that she only plead guilty because there was a strong possibility of her avoiding jailtime that way.
If it is just a fine though I'm sure it'll still financially wreck her. By the time she recovers Dance Moms will be a distant memory and fickle viewers will have moved on.
She's gonna end up hauling a shopping cart trough the streets of Pittsburgh, dressed in rags, yelling and screaming at kids about their sickled feet.

The main problem is that jails here are already overcrowded with murderers, molesters, drug dealers, criminals of domestic violence... and they are surviving in prison off of everyone's tax dollars. That's why lots of offenders in Abby's position (basically, victimless crimes) end up plea bargaining.

I HATE Cathy. I think she's very rude. She has judged people on how they look and how much money they spend on their clothes/accessories.
She purposely tried to set up Chloe so she would lose a dance competion, not once but twice. She plays dirty.
I would never allow my daughter or son to take dance lessons from her. She has no redeeming qualities that I would want my child around. I certainly wouldn't want them to learn life lessons from her. I wouldn't want them to think that the way she conducts herself is okay, because it's not.
I would HATE a show about Cathy because I think all the class she has is LOW.
