I love this movie and have seen it more than a few times, but one thing i didnt get was when martin goes to get jane a new horse why doesnt he let her ride the one he has? He walks back with 2 horses. Why could jane not take the other horse or just walk back with martin?
shareGood observation, ewf! I never thought of that, but I suspect they were setting up the scene of Jane being stranded in the rain and Nobley's rescue of her--a scene I like a lot, especially his little smile as he talks in her ear.
