Dave character is British?
It is mentioned that he went to university in Bristol, and at the beginning of the movie it seems they are coming from England to New York, but the actor doesn't bother with a British accent.

I was just wondering if there was a line somewhere that I missed that made clear if he was English and coming to New York for the first time, or he was American, and bringing his English girlfriend home.
