From the article, it does not sound like he has a strong case. Evil Knievil was very America themed, in red, white and blue. This is a Canadian themed cyclist, with red and white from the Canadian flag. The name does not sound at all like Evil Knievil. They want money from disney, but they cant claim rights to any guy on a motorcycle.

I'm a huge Knievel fan. I'm not surprised at this money-grab attempt from one of the largest Media Mongols in the world. It's worth a try. They are hoping for a multi-million out-of-court settlement, which is just a "day at the park" (literally) for Disney!
