What if Gaby Gaby was REALLY EVIL?

Gaby Gaby was an interesting villain. Not totally evil and the viewer could feel her pain and grief.
I think the story would have been a little better if Gaby Gaby was totally evil, wishing to open Woody up to tear off his speaker. And once she made it, she is abandoned by Harmony, living alone in the antique shop, forever

I'm glad that they didn't make her really bad. I liked her character a lot and I don't really consider her a villain.

I was also glad she wasn't just a 'typical' villain, that was an interesting 'twist'.

I'm confused as to why people think there was anything good about her. She was evil and the whole movie tries to teach kids a bad message. Gaby was completely evil, in the end she extorts Woody into giving up his voice box in exchange for Forky. Then Woody ends up helping the evil Gaby.... and people wonder why women that are abused by their husbands don't leave... because stupid Disney movies like this put some twisted be good to the bad person idean in the kids head when they are little.

I wouldn't let a little kid watch this movie, it is a bad message wrapped up in a cartoon. Horrible message.

I’m pleased with the outcome. As a matter of fact, I was pleasantly surprised to learn she wasn’t really bad, bad. :> When it was initially (very unsurprisingly) revealed that her character had somewhat sinister intentions, I thought her character wasn’t going to offer any more surprises. But lo and behold, in the end it turned out Gabby Gabby only wanted to be loved like any other non-evil toy.

A completely evil Gabby would have been... well, I just don’t see it having the same impact. Her happy ending felt refreshing.

Toy Story 2 already had the evil villain Prospector.

Reminded me of Talky Tina from the old Twilight Zone....
