I wish I saw this movie in the theatre

I've seen RUSH 2-3 times now on TV and this is one of those movies I really wish I would have paid to see in a Theatre, especially in IMAX. I didn't even hear about this movie when it was released and only discovered it by accident while channel surfing one night..!

No spoilers I promise! What I will say though is that the movie is really well made. Great story, great acting etc, but the big stand-out is the cinematography and the editing. Holy cow - just fantastic. You have to watch the movie twice or pay really close attention to see it, but the movie is a technical marvel. This is by far Ron Howard's best work to date.

I saw it about 10 times in theatres. You will never hear those wild engine noises as i heard them. Then, when "The Rocker" was played it just all came together. I saw it in a Dolby theater.

I saw it in theaters before it was released and it was fantastic. It didn't have an IMAX release but I would have loved it if it did. I wish it was more of a hit at the time.
