Who do you think should play in my opinion a character just as important as Mitch?

Don Frye would do Stan justice by looks....Can he act? Who knows? He's hard, burly and tough as hell.

I've always thought Stephen Lang would be a great choice to play Hurley.

Good call! Lang would be perfect for the role of Hurley. He was tailor made for the role.

maybe a bit out there but i would say Robert Downey JR, he can act got the Martial art Chops and hurly is a hard drinking womaniser.

Call me stupid but am I the only one who thinks NCSI star Muse Watson (Mike Franks)could play Hurley? Just read the description and he is all I can think of!

My vote, Robert Duvall... he's perfect and every time I read Vince Flynn I cannot shake Duvall from the image in my head. He's perfect. Check out the linked photo for my thoughts. However, if Duvall declines or is too old, I argue Muse Watson would work well.

No you are not the only one. I totally agree with you on Muse Watson. I thought of him being Stan Hurley when I saw him on NCIS. He would be perfect.

Not sure about younger Hurley, but my number one choice for old Hurley is Robert Forster.
