Everything was going good, I was really enjoying the movie until the ending....hearing Noah say "be fruitful and multiply" to his family was disgusting and it ruined the whole movie. The filmmaker should've known it was a bad idea and avoided using incest as way to conclude the story.
shareI still need to get round to this... But, really, after the flood the sons of Noah and their wives are all there is left of the human race. There's no getting around incest if you accept that. Of course, if Adam and Eve were the sole progenitors of the human race, this is already built in.
I figure any audience dense enough to miss the obvious, is also dense enough not to take the phrase "be fruitful and multiply" as meaning what it must. I mean, I assume the film doesn't add a coda showing the grandkids having sex... Right?
