Just finished this on netflix and damn! That was indeed weird. Didn't NOT not like it but didn't like it either if that makes sense. Did the twin chick bite the dancers tongue or lip as they kissed? And they wanted their left arms switched with each other why???

Yes, I think she did bite her tongue as they kissed (or maybe lip, but I think tongue). The twins were very twisted.
And they wanted their left arms switched with each other why???
Again, the twins were very twisted. Believe it or not there are some real-life people who have strange fetishes, weird obsessions, and just generally perverted preoccupations that are difficult to fathom and accept.

I only watched it caused it was on a ign.com list. It's the type of movie that's good on netflix but would have been disappointing in the theater. I put the killing jar in this category also.
Didn't not not like it? That means you didn't like it. If it was just "didn't not like it" it would mean it was okay. Adding the other "not" into it, cancels it out and brings it back to not liking it.
As for the twins, they explained why they wanted to have their arms switched, which would mean you didn't pay attention to the film. They said that they wanted to be even closer together, to be together even after death or something to that affect, and having their arms switched meant that they would take a piece of each other when they were dead. They say this almost exactly in the film, so I am confused as to why you are confused about it, but then again, it shows you weren't listening/paying attention.
