There was one great scene in this film.
The one in which Anna has her rapist tied down and is describing in minute details what she is going to do to him. It's the psychological horror mechanism that was also used on "The Human Centipede" - torturing your captive victims mentally with details of soon-to-be mutilation.
In fact I have to say that this scene was superior to the equivalent in "The Human Centipede" because Katherine Isabelle's performance is understated compared to Dieter Laser's over-the-top wide-eyed almost screaming. To me that actually increased the horror.
