One question about rape scene and dr freak reapist

Ok. So dr freak reapist finds out that mary have a new stethoscope, a new dress, fancy stuff. He noticed in the parking lot in the begining of the movie that she have money issues and debts. All good. She's and beautiful girl and sexy af. All good.
But WHY he assume shes doing something illegal or being a hooker? Why the *beep*? Because shes sexy? Because shes a girl? Because have a sexy dress?
A sexy girl cant be intelligent and have a well payed job?
Or cause is a sexy one the only way to have money is be a hooker or do something illegal.

I think a better question is why he raped her just because he thought she was a prostitute. To my knowledge, prostitutes don't like to be raped. Just give them money and they'll do whatever you want.

He probably did it before to many others. Those doctors were fkd up and held those parties to rape students and unsuspecting women.
