Computer female voice

In the cast list there is a female doing the voice of the computer.

Amy Matysio ...
Wendi (voice)

All I remember is the male voice. Did the computer have a female voice at any time?

Yes it did, in the beginning.

Yeah it was a female voice till it crossed into the parrelal dimension where mr sulu took over as the voice.

No, I don't know who supplied the male voice of Wendi, but George Takei voiced Gary.
