Great concept but can Anyone Explain this?

OK, so I love the idea of this film, she is now being hunted and all she wants is to save her daughter, its basically Kill Bill again, maybe not as innovated but still great idea as they changed it up and its a bunch of hookers trying to kill her.
But I couldn't help but wonder, she is shot in the lower right part of her stomach, how is she able to do everything she is doing, occasionally she presses down on what is supposed to be a gun wound that went through but she quickly lets go, now of course its a film and she really isn't shot, but in the story this is a woman jumping, leaping, fighting and all this time she is supposedly bleeding out and yet nothing of consequence.
I don't normally care about plot holes or nitpicks but its a huge one, why shoot her if it wasn't going to have an impact? Was there a scene cut showing her fixing herself up?
