That's kind of what they were insinuating. When her mom's bf brushed by Cherry, you could see the tension and history there and then he sneaks into JoJo's room...not to mention the whole "surgery". All Cherry did was leave and say sorry sis, in a couple years, you can do the same. Ouch.

So she should just sacrificd her younher sister for her life. That ls really messex up thinking. There really is no justification for leaving her younger sister to be abused and raped by her mothers boyfriend. If its found out then she and their mother could be charged which they should be. For me,you should at least try to stop the abuse and youre wrong if youre goinh to turn a blind eye.
