Foul Mouth Kid
What was the point of having the kid next door use that type of language? I could have handled a couple of curse words coming from him, but every other word was an expletive. Made no sense to me.

I think that part is fairly realistic, certainly some kids are like that. I think the mom's lackadaisical reaction was not very realistic. In real life I'd expect the kid would be getting dressed down by mom. Then again I suppose there are moms out there like that too.
shareTrue but at first thought it was because of his abusive father and maybe it was a storyline to improve the kids manners but nope...it never changed and the most unrealistic part of it is the way the mother just laughed at it...everytime too. Even Bad ass himself laughed it off yet I thought he was about respect (something that kid showed no one).
shareJust wondering, do you use words as weird sounding as lackadaisical in real life conversations?
shareYes but I always make sure the topic balances it out so it doesn't sound so high falutin'. "This beer is lackadaisacal" works or "The action in this movie eschews chewing on faces and welcomes you to prime time... Bitch." So, ya know, wonder no more.
