Near the end when the mayor was being interviewed, I noticed the reporter asking the questions was holding a mic from KOMO 4 News. It's a real news station, but from Seattle, not LA. Why would they have used that for this movie?

Yup.... KOMO is a long time Seattle station... Maybe KTLA wouldn't give them license..

I watched it today too, (for the first time) and missed that.

(Lifetime, 55+ year, Seattleite!)
