To all the angry race baiters *spoilers*
The main antagonist in this movie is a black guy. Yes they changed EBM to a Mexican and they changed the bus incident in to him beating up skin heads.
This wasn't due to being PC, it was a plot device for the rest of the film. If he had just beaten up a drunk black man, then he wouldn't be viewed as a hero in this film by the entire city. The fact that he becomes this hero figure early on by defending a fellow passenger from a couple skin heads allowed him certain freedoms throughout this entire film. The skin heads play a very small role in this film, literally all the main antagonists in this movie are black, and he does indeed beat the *beep* out of a black guy at the end.
So shut up already about changing the original EBM story. They took the basic premise of it, turned it into a movie, and managed to make beating up the black guy a climactic moment at the end instead of the beginning. They also manage to make dozens of references to not just the original source, but also the follow up interviews. It's actually a pretty funny movie and the final action sequence really steps up from a stereotypical B movie.
THEY DUEL WITH FVCKING BUSES THROUGH TOWN
So for all the angry racists out there. Black people get the majority of the beatings and commit the majority of the crime in this movie. Happy now?
