Yeah, it was a torture flick in a large way and I HATE crap like that, but this one, the gore was a second level to the main point. Not going to say what that was for me, you'll have to decide on your own. But *this* was what torture trash like Hostel *could* have been if they had any imagination. You can make fun movies, add all the juvenile crap, teen torture, slasher, fanboy wet dream *beep* you want....and as long as you have the ONE thing, imagination, you can make decent movies like this. Of course it's not something a huge crowd of folks will enjoy, but I did. Hell, I've watched it twice. I doubt I'll ever buy a copy for my shelves, but hell, I watched it twice and I'd watch a sequel if it were done by the same guys.

Good flick, guys! Thanks for a decent late night movie to go with the beer and spaghetti dinner with the guys! really enjoyed this one!

I gave it a seven. Well above average in my opinion.

Agreed! As a huge fan of the Evil Dead series, I found this movie on par with (or better) than Army of Darkness. The gross out factor was sweet and the creature designs are worth the watch. I'm not one to bash on haters of this movie but if you are gonna watch a movie called Frankenstein's Army, what are you expecting to see?
