The two commentaries are a must-listen for those who like to know how movies get made. Insightful, informative, and entertaining.
The section about the real murder house is disturbing, particularly I'd you are bothered by exploiting a tragedy involving children. But it is an interesting segment.
I'm going to buy the dvd for the extras alone (even though I thought the demon was a let down).
