What's the difference?

Why are their 2 dateline boards, one for ID and the regular one? I always thought these were re runs or shortened episodes of the NBC one. Am I wrong and this is a separate show?

You are correct. They are reruns of the regular one, i think the only difference is the intro and the commercial breaks where they specially say what channel its on. Like "Now back to dateline on ID."
