I would've enjoyed it more if... (no spoilers)


...the greyish filter wasn't on throughout the entire movie.
I get it that the filmmakers are setting the tone/ mood with the lack of colors, but it was just really ugly to look at. Some of the same scenes have more color in the trailers, and I honestly felt I would've enjoyed it more that way. Or maybe even just straight up black and white. But the grey tinge on everything was just super unappealing to me. What did you guys and gals think?

I see what you're saying, and I can see why it would annoy some people - but personally I was too interested in the story to let it bother me.

I think it was supposed to mirror the fact that the world, including Maggie, was dying. It's kind of how I feel driving through a lot of America these days.
