What happened to S03E19?

The last episode adapted vol. 1 issue #8 from the original Mirage comic book with Lord Simultaneous, Renet and the demon sorcerer Savanti Romero, this adventure finally having given Mikey a love interest in this current series, and the only character missing being Cerebus the aardvark in the middle ages (needless to say, I loved it). The ending showed Renet trying to give the turtles a ride home after the battle with Romero when they get caught in a disruption in the time stream (possibly caused by Romero) which sent the turtles to Japan at least twenty somewhat years ago. I know a little about what happens next in Tale of the Yokai but I won't say for spoiler sake, although I can say that it is not borrowed from any of the comic book series as far as I'm aware.
