The Frogs' pop culture analogs

Ok, so obviously

Napoleon = Napoleon Dynamite
Atilla (I think) = Capt. Kurtz from Apocalypse Now

What about Rasputian and Ghengis though?

If I didn’t talk the way I talk I wouldn’t know who the hell I am, Sean Connery on his accent

Attila is pretty much based on Marlon Brando, specially his famous movie roles Don Corleone and Colonel Kurtz.

Rasputin was a Russian monk who was said to have mystic powers. He won the favour of the Russian Emperor and was his aide till around the Russian Revolution.

Genghis Khan was an Asian conqueror.

Yeah, but that history has become part of pop culture, so it still fits.

LOL, you know what I mean. Why not just say Napoleon = Napoleon Bonaparte? That's not what I was asking.

What he means is that Rasputin and Ghengis were based on their historical namesakes and not on pop culture figures.

And did Kurtz get a triple demotion posthumously? He was a colonel when he was macheted to death.

Thit and thpin!

Ok, hahah, it's whatever, haven't seen Apocalypse Now in forever, that was off the cuff.

That's lame of them. I was thinking there must be some pop references I was missing. Thanks for the comments guys. 
