Impossible For Them To Cover 2016-2021

Part of me thinks it would have been great for this show to have still been around for the 2016 Election, as well as the Trump Administration. But then I think about it a little more, and I realize they would not have been able to cover it on the show the same way they did previous events. And the biggest reason for that is that anytime they ran a story that made Trump look bad, he would have responded. If ACN and Will McAvoy really existed, then anytime they reported something that Trump didn't like, he would have responded by numerous nasty tweets, or with long rants during rally's. And they would have had to cover that on the show, which they couldn't since they didn't happen.

Conversely anytime they ran a story that made Trump look good, or the left look bad, Will would get blasted by the left for being a puppet of the GOP, and drinking their propaganda kool-aid.
