Why were the twins entitled to 45%?
Never understood
shareTheir father got 45% of the share when he and Leona divorced. He was remarried and had the twins with his new wife. He then died and left the shares in trust until the twins turned 25.
shareReese's father left 45% to his previous biological children. He left another 45% to Leona (and, through her estate, Reese) - and the remaining 10% were public shares. Savannah Capital managed to acquire 6% of those unassigned shares - so along with the twins, would hold a 51% stake in AWM when the twins turned 25 and sold their state to Savannah.

Wasn't the company founded by Leona ?? She actually gave 45 to her husband after the divorce and him to the other family till turning 25
shareshe founded the company , i'm pretty sure they were married when that happened which entitles him to a certain percentage of the company based of the law in NY. He in turn had children after they were divorced with another women and left them his shares which was 45 percent. They sold them and the company became part of a hostile takeover.
