A surrogate is like someone who shows how to have sex and has more care than a hooker. They cost less too I guess.
shareI would not automatically assume that the sex surrogate would "have more care". Both prostitute and surrogate are sex workers. Whether or not one cares more for one client/john and less for another is not discernible from a distance.
They are both professionals and are trained to maintain a certain distance. Whether they do or not depends on their own individual personality beyond their job. I think both workers would have moments of emotional upheaval and/or attachment since we can't assume one is more innately tender simply because she has a marginally more acceptable "calling".
