She's not the most beautiful, but she is very cute. That's what sets her apart from more beautiful women who have a very generic face.

She has a unique personality. I think when Hollywood is full of fake, glamorous clones, she is refreshing. This may speak to why she is so popular on the net. Also, people loved parks and rec so there's that.
