source for title 'To Rome with Love'

Is the title deliberately referencing the old tv series http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063958/board/threads/ or is that just coincidence?

Is there some Fellini movie, or an Italian song, that is the source for the phrase "To Rome With Love"?

In the DVD extra it is explained that Woody chose the location and title as an homage' to the old Italian films he used to watch and love in his younger days. He loved Rome and Italian films, thus "To Rome With Love."
