Jared Leto, the most boring villain of all time.
Man this guy was forgettable. He only had like 2 scenes too. The character was about as boring as some of the set design in this movie.

shareNo he is not.
shareWas he even the villain? He's more like some weird guy just hanging around.
shareOne of the worst actors of all time too.
shareYou have a point but in all fairness he's barely in the movie. Luv is the main villain.
shareI thought he was solid in this...
shareI think Leto did a good job of acting the part, but I think where Wallace was weak was the writing. They hit you over the head too much with the fact that he's evil. I preferred the more nuanced Dr. Franekstein-like character of Tyrell. To make Wallace more interesting, they should have played up the angle that good things would indeed come from Wallace having a larger disposable workforce of replicants, but that his company and humanity would have to do horrible things to achieve it.
shareDisagree with every word. He gives an effective performance and makes his role count. Feeling underwhelmed by his limited screen or the way the character was written, is fair. But Leto himself plays the role quite well.
A big reason why I appreciate his role, is I basically see him as a side villain. Luv, Wallace’s enforcer, may take orders from Wallace but she feels like the film’s true villain by the end. She is magnificent.
I could of played the role, it would have been just as lackluster.
