Post your 2049 story idea here!

Whilst we all wait to learn the actual storyline for 2049, I thought I'll kick off a fun thread where you can post your own fantasy storyline idea for the new film!

Here's mine:

In the year 2049, Replicants are all but banned from society including off-world colonies after they proved to be too troublesome seeking their own rights and finally being able to manipulate their short life expectancy limit. All manufacturing of Replicants have therefore since ceased. However, whilst most Replicants were retired under the new order, some escaped. (Gosling) is a Blade Runner tasked with tracking down the last of the Replicants. His adventure eventually leads him to a safe haven for Replicants run by none other than Deckard! Deckard's encounter with Roy Batty in 2019 had a profound impact on him when he saw how human Batty was able to become in his final moments of life. Troubled by his own guilt of retiring Replicants, this led Deckard to eventually become their saviour. The finale is how (Gosling) engages with Deckard and the Replicants. The fate of the final Replicants rests on this outcome.
