Why not? She and Deckard were the only two left alive at the end when they went on the run together.

Carla Juri looks suspiciously like Sean Young to me.

Good point about Carla Juri. May be she plays the child of Deckard and Rachael. What? Replicants can't have kids? Says who? lol.
