shareYes. Most excellent finally a trailer-teaser drop for this within another week. Thank you for the link @broadwayboogiewoogie. But how cool to get one for Blade Runner 2049 this early as it doesn't release till next October 2017, bonus.
However on the other hand hope Alien Covenant's trailer drops within the next week also? as it's already over due given it's forward release a short five to six month's away in May 2017.

It actually doesn't surprise me to much. Alien Covenant moved from August to May so there still is an opening for August of 2017 meaning I think Blade Runner could move up, we shall see.

Bit surprised about this, they finished filming pretty recently. Makes me wonder if its gonna be mostly blackness, music and some words. Would they even have the CGI ready this soon for a trailer? I just hope it isn't lame as *beep*
The first trailer for SW force awakens was around the same length and was a good teaser. Hopefully this will be close.

Seeing them in costume will be good, i'm not too keen on any plot spoilers which I doubt there will be. But what about the city/environment...i'm more keen in seeing how LA looks after the climate has gone to crap.

I doubt the teaser will contain any CGI. Actors, sets and interior scenes seems more likely.
shareVilleneuve said that he's not a fan of overuse CGI. I'm sure there will be to some extent, but all indicates that he used as much as he could real sets. Had it all be CGI we wouldn't have a trailer so fast after shooting ended.
shareSo far so good, just watched the trailer, the use of atmosphere and colour seems all heading in the right direction, hearing the chimes from original soundtrack bringing back old memories of seeing Blade Runner on VHS in the mid 80's.
I have faith and cannot wait to see this
