If Deckard was the replicant and was to stop the aging
Why would old Deckard stop the aging to meet the young cop Gosling when the young Deckard was a replicant but old Deckard is a human?

Still too confusing, man! LOL
Deckard should be a human, that's why he's older. If he's a replicant then the writers have to come up with some excuse - most likely Deckard is a Nexus 5 or Nexus 7 replicant. Less advanced than the Nexus 6 version seen in Blade Runner. And the Nexus 5 or 7 can age and make mistakes. And also appear in sequels 30 years later.
Yeah but still, why would old Deckard stop the aging to meet the young cop Gosling when the young Deckard was a replicant but old Deckard is a human?? because Gosling is not replicant and young but Deckard was young but now old.
