my concerns with the trailer.

I am excited to see this movie and consider Bladerunner to be the best science fiction movie ever, but the trailer worries me a bit.

Wardrobe. Their outfits so far are not that cool and fail big time compared to the original. Deckard is wearing a grey t shirt. Yes, a grey t shirt. I am assuming he is off-world and Gosling finds him there in the "golden land of opportunity and adventure." In that case I can forgive a little but still....

Other than the last few seconds of the trailer the set design is lack luster. Is that fake digital fog at the beginning of the trailer? Argh...

Where's this gritty realistic detailed world of the original?

It's a teaser trailer...some, all, or none of it may appear in the final film version. They show really next to nothing other than a few bits. I've avoided reading any plot or spoiler details, but I took it as Deckard was at home and thus possibly why he wasn't dressed up more. But we'll have to wait and see now, won't we.

We know from experience that Ridleys movies are visually stunning so I am not worried

Its obviously not as 80s influenced, its more influenced by the fashion and times of today. Which works considering the movie is set 30 years in the future. Besides, didn't roy wear a t shirt when he was at sebastians house with pris?
