Will it be rated R?
Like the original.
shareOf course.

PG
shareNo OP, it will be PG-13 sadly. They won't risk an R rating with Ford and Gosling in a long awaited sequel to an epic movie.
I wish it was rated R, but it won't be, mark my words :(
No, it will be R. The director confirmed it!
share...long awaited sequel???
You mean, Hollywood and its tireless recycling of reboots, sequels and prequels to squeeze out money from classic movies that were near perfect, only to butcher them but make millions in the process of luring thousands of fans to the nostalgia and hope of lightning striking in the same place twice?
Surely, you mean that.
And original was rated R...

Mad Max Fury Road was rated R and did well at box office.
shareMad Max had always been successful though. Blade Runner, though much loved now, had a mixed reaction and mediocre (but not bad) ticket sales upon release. They're not going to take huge risks with it.
shareI understand that we all have been troubled with movies always being pg-13 and failing. This movie is not for kids but adults who know Bladerunner. There is no way they would make any money if this was pg-13 and the original is R rated.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't.
Whatever you are, be a good one.
Rated U confirmed
shareIt better be : I'm tired of movies made by pussies for pussies. This pussy trend needs to end.
