All people in Blade Runner 2049 are replicants.

Deckard is the only human left.The rest are replicants.

That's not going to be the case, for it would go against the vision of Ridley Scott, who knows what the story of 2049 is about, and who he is the producer of the film. Scott suggested in 1982 that Deckard is or could be a replicant. According to Villeneuve it will always remain a mystery. He would take care of that.
