So EVERY Sci-Fi show must have Wil Wheaton in it, apparently...

End of S02E04. End credits scene. Blah.

he appeared in dark matter and this and now hes on every sci-fi show? you're grasping at straws here. hes also a sci-fi actor so it make sense that hes on a sci-fi show right?

reply

he appears in lower budget ones, and frankly i think he might do it just for fun, i certainly would. Loved him in the guild.

Though he should trim his beard a bit, neckbeard isnt easy to pull off for anyone.

reply

he obviously does it for fun and doesn't take himself too seriously.

reply

also loved him in The Guild. he's actually got a pretty wide range. in the guild he was a spoiled jerk with an attitude - leader of the pack popular guy, yet you had to kind of like him anyway. here, he's a creepo pervy toy company owner, and it's like he was made for the part. i can't even remember him on star trek anymore.

we should coin a new term like 'easter egg' for having wil wheaton on sci fi shows...bc i'm definitely loving it! maybe 'wheaton egg'...they could have him sometimes just as a cameo or an extra in a single scene and we'd have to spot him.

Only the ones directed by Jonathan Frakes.

I will say I enjoyed his turns in Leverage and Eureka.

reply

I don't see the problem.

reply

Wait till Powers is mentioned on The Big Bang Theory.

reply

Three others come to my mind when i think about actors that's in almost everything sci-fi.. Mike Dopud, Ty Olsson and Kavan Smith 😒

reply
