Such unlikable main characters

Otherwise very strong police procedural, realistic and interesting stories.

But the main characters are just horrible people. Both cheating on their loving husbands. Rachel first blackmailing this married guy she was dating for an apartment (threatening to tell his wife), then blackmailing him so he would marry her (threatening to reveal something that would cost him his job). Rachel never visiting her brother in jail even though he's in there for killing a guy who had attempted to murder her.
Janet squeezing the butt of a younger colleague who just joined the team.
Ratting on their boss/friend when she's drinking too much to deal with a trauma without ever talking with her about it first.
Kicking old man almost to death and threatening him to make sure he cannot go to his gfs funeral. Rachel treating her subordinates like absolute shit
then calling Mitch an idiot for dying on the job after 15 years of flawless service. Rachel drinking when 4 months pregnant.
Janet trolling a 15 year old boy for naked pictures so she can blackmail her to get her daughter out of trouble.

Just horrible, unsympathetic, evil people.
