The beginning felt like a Star Wars show

I thought I was watching Andor or Rogue One, and The Company was made to look like the Galactic Empire, keeping its workers in indentured servitude. It didn't feel right. The Company in the first two movies felt like a "normal," albeit seedy and dishonest, corporation. People working for her weren't slaves, they enjoyed bonuses, shares etc. The Company asked Ripley nicely to accompany the search party to LV-426. They didn't make her do it, they merely incentivized her. In Romulus, however, they treat people as serfs, arbitrarily allocating them to mines.

It's a Big world, we hadn't seen enough of It. For m IS perfect, It fits with the depressive futuristic style of both the original and Blade Runner.
