After much cringe and debate of stop watching, I finally got through this predictable twist of a show. I was just curious what others thought of the characters and how the seasons played out. I thought the beginning of the show was OK, but then it took a deadly turn. They should rename the show, B613, because that's what they make everything about.
I couldn't root for Olivia as a lead, Olivia and Fits have zero chemistry, I couldn't stand Quinn and thought she was miscast horribly, Harrison talked way too fast but seemed the most professional, Huck was like a wounded dog, but I guess that was the point. Abby was the only one I think I could stomach and I guess Marcus too. I didn't like Mellie until later in the show. Cyrus was always a snake. I hated Sally's accent. I cant think of anything to say for Charlie, he was just there.
There's a lot of whining and shouting in this show. Like Rowan/Eli, he couldn't have a calm conversation, even in the finale. All he and Olivia would do is shout at each other, actually that's how a lot of conversations happened, it shouting/yelling.
This show condones killing. Got a problem with someone? Kill them. Does anyone get punished or pays for these crimes? Not really. What does Cyrus get for killing David? A slap on the wrist. Scandal was more of a "fantasy" make believe show vs. to be taken seriously. The way these characters handled things and the twists, that I just saw coming is so over the top ridiculous.
A 93% on RT, are you kidding? But then, The Bold Type has a 95% and that show has barely an audience, so an RT score cant be trusted.
